  1. ADIM 01

    Sign in to Kundencenter

    Open kundencenter.telekom.de and sign in with your MeinMagenta account. Open the 'Vertrag' (Contract) tab in the left menu — your tariffs and commitment end dates are listed there.

  2. ADIM 02

    Start the Kündigung wizard

    Click 'Kündigung' under the tariff you want to end. The system shows your commitment status, the early-termination fee and the earliest possible end date. Confirm 'Kündigung zum nächstmöglichen Termin'.

  3. ADIM 03

    Verify and submit

    The system sends an SMS code for verification. Enter it and submit; you receive an Eingangsbestätigung (receipt) on screen and by email. Keep the Vorgangsnummer from that document.

  4. ADIM 04

    Email or letter alternative

    Email kündigungsfrist@telekom.de from the address on file with your name, Kundennummer and requested end date. By post: Deutsche Telekom AG, Kundenbetreuung, 61137 Bad Homburg.

  5. ADIM 05

    Track the end date and final bill

    After confirmation, check Rechnung Online for the final invoice. If a fiber router must be returned, a prepaid return label arrives by email; the return window is usually 30 days.

When you start a Rufnummernmitnahme with a new provider, the Telekom line closes automatically on the porting date — no separate cancellation request is needed.
