Cancel stc Saudi Arabia (إلغاء الاشتراك): Close Your Line and Subscriptions
Independent guide — no official affiliation with com.sa.
Short answer
You can stop stc subscriptions in the mySTC app under الخدمات > إدارة الاشتراكات, call 900, or port your number (نقل). CITC rules require the operator to accept online cancellation; the final bill is prorated. For stc fiber, the router must be returned within 30 days.

Step-by-step fix
ADIM 01
Sign in to mySTC
Open mystc.com.sa or the mySTC app with your account. Open 'الخدمات' (services); your باقة, commitments and active subscriptions are listed there.
ADIM 02
Start إلغاء الاشتراك
Tap 'إدارة الاشتراكات'; value-added subscriptions (خدمات القيمة المضافة) are listed. Tap 'إلغاء' on the one you want to stop; a confirmation SMS arrives.
ADIM 03
Close the whole line
Line cancellation: mySTC > الدعم > إلغاء الخط request, or call 900 and say 'أريد إلغاء الخط'. Identity verification (Absher) runs; a request number arrives by SMS.
ADIM 04
Port your number (نقل)
To keep the number, start a نقل (portability) request with the new operator; the stc line closes automatically on the porting date — no separate إلغاء needed.
ADIM 05
Fiber router return and final bill
For fiber cancellations the ONT/router must be shipped back within 30 days using the courier return. The final bill is prorated; check it under mySTC > الفواتير.
02 — Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is stc obliged to accept an online cancellation?
Yes. CITC (the Saudi telecom regulator) rules force operators to provide an online cancellation channel; the إلغاء flow in mySTC is that official channel.
How do VAS (خدمات القيمة المضافة) subscriptions appear?
Via short-code replies, promo pages or third-party service signups. Regularly auditing and disabling them in 'إدارة الاشتراكات' is the only fix.
Does porting (نقل) replace إلغاء الخط?
Yes — a نقل request through the CITC portability system closes the stc line on the porting date and serves as official proof.
