Sign in to Amazon.de
Open amazon.de and sign in. Go to 'Hallo, <name>' > 'Mein Konto' > 'Prime' in the top right.

Open 'Mitgliedschaft beenden'
On the Prime page click 'Mitgliedschaft beenden' (or 'Update, cancel and more'). Amazon shows three retention screens — each time choose the small 'Mitgliedschaft beenden' link at the bottom.

Choose the end option
If you are in the paid period, select 'zum Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums beenden': the membership stays active until the period you paid for ends and no new charge is made.

Confirm and keep the email
Amazon sends a confirmation email with the membership end date. Your remaining Prime Video/Audible access continues until then.

Check the refund line
Look for the refund entry under Bestellungen > Prime membership invoice; trial refunds land on your card within 3-5 business days.

Yes — Prime Video, Prime Music and delivery benefits keep working until the paid period ends. Only the next period's charge is skipped.
Is the trial charge refunded?
Amazon refunds the full trial fee if no benefits were used during the trial; if the refund does not appear automatically, request the Restbetrag via customer service chat.
No confirmation email arrived?
The Prime page should show status 'Endet am <date>'; if not, refresh the page after a minute or open a chat with amazon.de customer service.
